Stick it, Toshiba!

I have one for ya…

I placed an order with Toshiba.com for a new battery and adapter for my laptop on 2/24. It’s now 19 days later and while I have my battery, I don’t have a freaking adapter to charge it with. I’ve called Toshiba’s customer care twice and all they can tell me is that the part is out of stock and they don’t know when they’ll be getting in a shipment. In the meantime, my laptop is dead for what is now three weeks with no end in sight. Toshiba’s solution: Upgrade my shipping from 5 days to 2 days on a product that they don’t even have in stock. Woohoo! My problems are solved now! Customer service at it’s finest.
